Returns

Please contact cheri@gemmewands.com for a return number. Items returned without a return number will not receive a refund. You have 30 days after receiving your product to return your GEMME WAND. Your wand needs to be in new condition. If it is not in new condition, you will not receive a refund. Thank you.

Repairs

If your GEMME WAND is need repair, please reach out to Cheri to discuss options. Most repairs will be completed at no cost. Shipping and handling are at the owner's expense. Thank you.
